Your super lucky, I wish I got around to seeing it. I was going to go tonight, but I just got back from my younger cousin's(she's like my sister) basketball game. So no movie tonight.
As for work, I start this week, that's all I know right now. I'll be getting a call tomorrow.:) I cannot wait for 30% discount! I didn't even know until the interview was over. I was like woo!!!
I still haven't finished Red Headed Stepchild because last night I started super late, so I got pretty tired about half was through. I'm usually done of a book a day, but I didn't read anything the day before last and like I said about last night, I didn't get to finish it. Ah well, more time to enjoy it!
Have I heard of Cherry Adair? Hrmm... Sounds familiar, but I haven't read anything from her though. What type of genre is she?
This Saturday, a local author is coming to my store for a signing, which is super exciting because in Nova Scotia, Canada we don't have many authors stopping buy. So that's going to be fun!
And as I was saying to Elisabeth just before, Am I the only crazy person who has so many tabs open? I have 13 open right now. 13! And sometimes it's more. No lie.
My bf calls me Tabby. haha!!!
Ah well, it s'all good!

Oh! I bet you've seen New Moon already eh? I was busy this week and it's totally sold out a few days in a row before showing. I hope I get to see it asap. I went to an interview and I'm now hired on at Cole Book Store! I'm very excited. :)) yay!

- at first, exercising restraint is difficult - almost futile. After a while though, you realize the books aren't likely to go anywhere and you can order them in when you're ready. You kind of get over the craze a bit and learn some control.
It's not perfect, especially when we have sales and stuff, but I wouldn't trade working for a bookstore for the world! Plus, it's nice that I get paid to gush about my favorite books and authors with people. :D

- that's also one of the reasons I love working for a bookstore: it's one of the few places that actively WANTS you to love reading. of course, it's dangerous for the pocket book to be surrounded by such great books all the time - you just have to learn to restrain yourself (well, mostly). :D

@chas yeah, my list is rather long. my husband laughs at me whenever "they" ask for my favorite book(s) and I have a super long list. "that's not a favorite book! that's all of your books!" it's so true though!

I do love Graphic novels.. I love the Anita Blake series by LKH ones.. and I want to start buying Patricia Briggs Mercy thompson/Alpha and Omgea series ones.. PLUS Kim Harrison is coming out with one for her Hollows series!!! I'm stoked. hehe
I'm at my cousins right now, updating my blog. I usually put a few different posts a day since I can't add daily. hehe! I'm wishing I had another template now, I may change it.. hehe
